COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Boston Gear F231D-20-B5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carrier parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT5011PT5B20SBR1DLF00A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HD60FK650 manufactured by Carrier and we are pleased to be able to service most Carrier systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C60221XY by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand 177U9623131L0227 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cmc such as PM12C546D14695 equipment made by Cmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cmc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NTE212CONS0000 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular 82M7D63E600209A original spares produced by Destaco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K25863882 by Cp-Servo and PM12C546D14695 spares by Cmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZT090130M250 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brinkmann-Pumps. |
